Arkansas Pie

• 2 cups sugar
  
• 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  
• 1 tablespoon flour
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1 cup coconut
  
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  

Instructions

1. Mix in a bowl sugar, cornmeal, flour, eggs, vanilla and butter; blend. Add coconut and pineapple. Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake until golden brown and set at 350 degrees.
