    List of Ingredients


    • Crust:
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    • Filling:
    • 5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 tablespoons flour
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling


    Instructions


    1. Crust: Mix crumbs, sugar and butter; press onto bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes if using a silver springform pan. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes if using a dark nonstick springform pan.
    2. Filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl with electric mixer on medium until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Blend in sour cream. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until center is almost set if using a silver springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour if using a dark nonstick springform pan.
    3. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Top with pie filling.
    4. How To Press Crumb Crust: Use bottom of straight sided glass to evenly press crumb mixture onto bottom of springform pan.
