List of Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 3 small chopped onions
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen vegetables
- 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 to 4 tablespoons beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup flour
Instructions
- Place all except butter and flour in crockpot. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours. One and a half hours before serving, turn up on high. Make rough of butter and flour, stirring until smooth. Add to soup to thicken.
