    Cream Cheese Scrambled Eggs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 2 tablespoons half and half cream
    • 8 eggs
    • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 6 to 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    • 2 tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and cream until smooth. Add the eggs, Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper and salt; mix well. Stir in bacon. In a large skillet, melt butter; add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are completely set.
    2. Yield: 4 servings
