    Corn: Baked Corn

    • 1 (15 1/4) ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn
    • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
    • 1 cup melted butter
    • 2 eggs beaten
    • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package dry corn muffin mix


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Combine the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn. sour cream, melted butter, eggs and corn muffin mix. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
