    Corn: Creamy Corn Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (16 ounce) bags frozen corn
    • 1 (7 ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
    • 1/2 cup skim milk
    • 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese, cut into pieces
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika


    Instructions


    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 2 quart baking dish, combine the corn and green chilies. In a small microwave safe dish, heat the milk and cream cheese in the microwave until the cream cheese is melted, about 30 seconds. Mix with a fork to blend. Stir into the corn, and season with the salt and pepper. Sprinkle with the paprika. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
