    Green Beans: Green Bean Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can healthy request cream of mushroom soup
    • 1/2 cup skim milk
    • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 15 reduced fat ritz crackers
    • 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
    • 4 cups (2 16 ounce) cans cut green beans, rinsed and drained


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8x8" baking dish with butter flavor cooking spray.

    2. In a large bowl, combine mushroom soup, skim milk, worcestershire sauce and black pepper.

    3. Crush 5 crackers. Stir crushed crackers and 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes into soup mixture. Add green beans. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.

    4. In a small bowl, crush remaining crackers. Add remaining 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes. Mix well to combine. Evenly sprinkle crumb mixture over top.

    5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Divide into 6 servings. Calories Per Serving: 90
