• 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
  
• 1 cup milk
  
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  
• 1 cup pineapple, diced
  
• 2 tablespoons butter
  
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  
• Marshmallows
  






Instructions



1. In a mixing bowl thoroughly combine all of the ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Use more milk or fruit juice if needed. Pour into a buttered casserole and bake at 350 degrees until heated through. Remove from oven and cover the top with marshmallows. Return to the oven to brown. Serve with poultry or roast.
