Sauteed Summer Vegetables

List of Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon safe margarine
- 1/2 onion, chopped fine
- 3 yellow squash or zucchini, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 sweet green pepper, diced
- 1 cup corn
- 1 tomato, seeded and diced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Hot pepper sauce, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In non stick skillet over medium heat, melt the margarine.Add the onion and saute for 3 minutes. Add the squash or zucchini, peppers, corn, tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Cook stirring frequently till veggies are tender crisp about 5 to 10 minutes. sprinkle with cheese.
