Cheesy Rice

Recipe Introduction
I was REALLY craving mac and cheese and didn't like the gluten free pasta, so I used rice and it's WONDERFUL!
List of Ingredients
2 cups white or brown rice
4 cups boiling water
12 ounces Velveeta cheese (from the box) cut into slices
1 cup sour cream
1 cube margarine
1 Tbsp onion flakes
1 tsp celery salt
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
When water is to a full boil, and rice and stir. Cover with lid and turn heat to low, or a "2." Cook for 50 minutes. Add other ingredients and put lid on so the ingredients can melt through. Stir well.
