Recipe Introduction
These YUMMY muffins are Brian's favorite ever!
List of Ingredients
Turn mixer on and add one at a time:
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C melted margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 C milk
6 mashed up bananas
3 C oats (gluten free)
1 1/2 t guar gum
1 1/2 t sea salt
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1 t nutmeg
1/4 C baking powder
2 C gluten free flour (I use a combination of three different gluten free flours. Any kind.)Recipe
When fully mixed, spoon (or use a 1/3 measuring cup) batter into greased muffin tins. (I use cupcake papers.)
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
Makes 2 Dozen.
