    Another yummy pizza using individual rice crusts.

    (This recipe is for 6, but can easily be halfed to make 3.)

    List of Ingredients




    4 large chicken breasts
    olive oil
    6 7" rice pizza crusts
    2 packages Philidelphia Cream Cheese
    1 cube margarine
    1 bunch green onions
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    2 small cans sliced olives
    3 teaspoons garlic salt
    1 teaspoon celery salt

    Recipe



    Cut chicken breasts into small cubes; fry in olive oil until done.

    In mixing bowl add:
    1 cube margarine (room temp.)
    2 cream cheese (room temp.)
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 cans sliced mushrooms (drained)
    2 cans sliced olives (drained)
    garlic and celery salt
    cooked chicken

    With a mixing spoon, stir all ingredients until well mixed. Place pizza crusts on cookie sheets sprayed with Canola oil. Add mixture, divide and spread over pizza crusts.

    Bake in 390 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until crusts are slightly crunchy.
