    Recipe Introduction

Who DOESN'T love warm cinnamon rolls? My own family can't have walnuts and doesn't like raisins, but YOU can still put them in!!! Also, I'd DOUBLE this recipe!

    List of Ingredients

A - Mix and let rise: 1/2 cup water, 1 Tbsp GF yeast, 1 tsp sugar.

B - Whisk together: 3/4 cup milk at room temp, 1/4 cup olive oil.

C - Mix together well: 1 cup potato starch or flour, 1 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup garbanzo bean flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 Tbsp baking powder, 2 tsp guar gum.

    Recipe

    Grease an 8 x 8 pan.

In mixing bowl - mix "B" and "C" together. Add "A" and mix. Beat oh high for 4 minutes. Sprinkle your counter with rice flour. Roll dough into a 13 x 13 square. Spread soft margarine over rolled dough. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon - to your liking. (Add chopped walnuts and raisins if you want.) Roll up carefully. Cut 1 1/2 long slices. Place them into pan. Let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Preheat oven to 375. Brush rolls with melted margarine. Bake 20 minutes and test with toothpick. May need to be baked longer. If they brown too quickly, cover with foil.

Glaze: Mix together 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp milk, 2 drops of vanilla extract.
