Gluten Free Hamburger Buns

This recipe makes 5 buns.
List of Ingredients
3/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup potato flour
1/2 cup tapioca starch
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp guar gum (1/3 the cost of xanthan gum!)
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
Mix above ingredients. In separate bowl mix the following:
2 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup milk
Recipe
Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. If you can find muffin rings ( a round circle - open at the bottom) set on baking sheet and spray both muffin rings and baking sheet. I use glass cooking bowls (Anchor brand found at Walmart - they come with plastic lids and hold 2 cups - they are about 4 1/2 inches across.) With cooking bowls - spray bowls and set in oven without a baking sheet. (I only have 3 bowls, so I have to bake two times.) Separate dough into 5; spoon into rings/bowls. Spray your finger and pat tops to smooth.
Bake at 400 for 15 to 18 minutes. The top should be golden brown. Don't under cook them or they may fall when cooling. Cool on rack for a few minutes, then remove buns from bowls and continue to cool on rack.
