Swedish Meatballs

Recipe Introduction
Years ago I tried to do Swedish Meatballs, but fryed the meatballs, and they broke to pieces. This recipe turns out great!
List of Ingredients
For meatballs:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (6 1/4 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups water
For gravy:
3 cups, or two 12 oz. jars beef gravy
1 cup sour cream
Recipe
Mix and shape into 30 meat balls, about 1". Place in an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Make (or use bottled) beef gravy. Add sour cream. Add meatballs; mix lightly. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles.
