    Tuna Salad

    I made this today for lunch and thought it was pretty yummy!!

    List of Ingredients

    1 Can of Tuna packed in water( drained well)
    1 Green Onion (diced)
    1/3 Cup of Red Bell Pepper
    2 Tbsp of Low Fat Mayonnaise Type Dressing
    1 tsp of Lemon Pepper

    Recipe

    Mix all of the above together. It makes approx 4 servings.
    1/4 cup per serving Points=1

    I used the Weight Watchers white bread which is 1 point per 2 slices. So it turned out to be 2 points per sandwich, mmmmmm. Enjoy!!
