    Serves 6 to 8.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground beef
    • 2 TBS. margarine
    • 1/4 cup chopped onion
    • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/4 tsp. paprika
    • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/2 cup mushrooms
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 TBS. flour
    • 1 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Brown beef and drain. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Combine with meat.
    2. Combine flour, salt, paprika and nutmeg. Stir into beef mixture until blended. Add mushrooms and mushroom soup.
    3. Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Pour sour cream on top, cover and simmer 5 minutes longer.
    4. Can be served over rice, noodles or on buns.
