Serves 6 to 8.
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 TBS. margarine
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 TBS. flour
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown beef and drain. Saute onion and garlic in butter. Combine with meat.
- Combine flour, salt, paprika and nutmeg. Stir into beef mixture until blended. Add mushrooms and mushroom soup.
- Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Pour sour cream on top, cover and simmer 5 minutes longer.
- Can be served over rice, noodles or on buns.
