SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE

Bake at 350F.
List of Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 8 oz. sour cream
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking powder and baking soda.
- Mix the wet ingredients and the dry ingredients together. Add the sour cream.
- Pour the batter into a tube pan. Sprinkle with topping mixture, bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
