    Preheat oven to 350F.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup crushed graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/2 stick of butter, melted
    • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 1 cup pecans, chopped coarsely
    • 1 cup angel-flake coconut
    • 1 15 oz. can of sweetened, condensed milk


    Instructions


    1. Grease a 9X11 inch baking pan. Add melted butter to crumbs and press into bottom of the pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over crumbs, followed by chopped nuts and coconut. Pour milk evenly over all. Bake for about 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool on rack for a few minutes before inverting to remove from pan. It is again inverted to coconut side on top. After it is quite cold, cut into pieces with a sharp knife.


    Final Comments


    Try a parchment sling instead of inverting twice. Sling will help lift out cookies without turning the cookies up side down. Place sling in pan before greasing and doing the crumb crust.
