    Bake at 350F.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup margarine
    • 1 1/2 cups rice (long grain)
    • 1 can onion soup
    • 1/2 can water
    • 3 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces
    • salt and pepper
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup


    Instructions


    1. Melt margarine in casserole. Add rice onion soup and water.
    2. Place chicken in casserole and season.
    3. Spread cream of mushroom soup on chicken. Bake 350F for 1 hour covered; bake 30 minutes uncovered to brown.
