    Recipe Introduction


    Preheat 350F.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 medium potatoes cooked, peeled and sliced
    • 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
    • grated cheese


    Instructions


    1. Combine: cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions.
    2. Layer potatoes and mixture.
    3. Refrigerate overnight.
    4. Next day, top with grated cheese before baking for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
