Recipe Introduction
Preheat 350F.
List of Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes cooked, peeled and sliced
- 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
- grated cheese
Instructions
- Combine: cottage cheese, sour cream and green onions.
- Layer potatoes and mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, top with grated cheese before baking for 45 minutes. Serve hot.
