Serves 4.
List of Ingredients
- 2 stripes bacon
- 2 TBS. minced onions
- 1 can green beans (2 cups)
- 1 TBS. sugar
- 2 TBS. vinegar
Instructions
- Fry bacon. Set aside.
- Saute' onions in bacon drippings until soft. Add liquid from the canned beans. Simmer till liquid reduces down to half. Add sugar, vinegar, crumbled bacon and beans. Heat thoroughly and serve.
