    Recipe Introduction


    Serves 4.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 stripes bacon
    • 2 TBS. minced onions
    • 1 can green beans (2 cups)
    • 1 TBS. sugar
    • 2 TBS. vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Fry bacon. Set aside.
    2. Saute' onions in bacon drippings until soft. Add liquid from the canned beans. Simmer till liquid reduces down to half. Add sugar, vinegar, crumbled bacon and beans. Heat thoroughly and serve.
