2 C. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. confectioners' sugar
1/3 C. Crisco®
1 C. buttermilk
Recipe
Knead and roll out to about 1/2-inch thick. Cut and dip into warm, melted butter. Let set about 30 minutes on a baking sheet. Bake at 450ºF until lightly browned on top.
