    FRENCH TOAST CROISSANTS

    List of Ingredients






    1/3 c milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp grated orange peel
    1/4 c butter
    4 croissants, cut in half
    Confectioners' sugar

    Recipe



    Stir together the first 3 ingredients in a pie pan Melt 2 T of the butter on
    griddle. Dip the croissant halves in the pie pan, turn to coat. Place cut
    side down on griddle. Cook 3-4 minutes on each. Remove to platter and keep
    warm. Repeat with remaining croissants, adding butter as needed. Dust with
    confectioners' sugar. Serve with Orange Butter.
