List of Ingredients




6 oz. warm milk
1 tsp. salt
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg, room temperature
3 1/4 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast



Recipe



Place ingredients in your machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use dough cycle. Form and let raise again. Bake at 350F., 10-15 minutes, depending on your oven and size of rolls. Can brush with melted butter as soon as you take them from the oven.
