    Sticky Buns

    List of Ingredients






    Dough:
    4-5 cups all purpose flour
    1/2 cup Domino® Granulated Sugar, divided
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    2 pkgs. active dry yeast
    1/3 cup butter or margarine
    3/4 cup warm water (120° to 130° F)
    2 eggs
    Glaze:
    1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 cup firmly packed Domino® Light or Dark Brown Sugar
    1/3 cup light corn syrup
    3/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts
    Filling:
    1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 cup firmly packed Domino® Light or Dark Brown Sugar

    Instructions
    * Preheat oven to 375° F. Grease bottoms of 18 medium muffin cups; set aside.

    To prepare dough:
    * In large electric mixer bowl, mix 1 cup flour, granulated sugar,
    salt and yeast. Add butter. Gradually add water and beat 2 minutes at
    medium speed. Scrape bowl. Add eggs and 1/4 cup flour. Beat at high
    speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in enough
    additional flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured board
    8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover dough with a bowl and
    let set 5 minutes.

    To prepare the glaze:
    * In small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and corn syrup. Heat
    until sugar melts. Pour syrup into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle
    with raisins or chopped nuts; set aside.

    To fill:
    * On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into 18x10-inch rectangle.
    Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with 1/2 cup brown sugar.
    Starting with long side, roll up tightly, pressing edges to seal. Cut
    into 18 1-inch slices. Place one in each muffin cup. Cover loosely;
    let rise in warm place until nearly doubled in size, about 1 hour.

    * Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes; invert
    rolls onto cooling rack over waxed paper-lined tray. Serve warm.

    Makes 18 buns.
