1 1/2 lb. hamburger
onion
8 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 c. water
pkg. of taco seasoning mix
8 oz. sour cream
2 eggs
12 flour tortillas
corn chips
12 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Recipe
Brown 1 1/2 lb. hamburger with onion. Add 8 oz. tomato sauce, 6 oz. tomato paste, and 1/2 c. water. Stir in a pkg. of taco seasoning mix. Simmer about 5 minutes. In a small bowl mix: 8 oz. sour cream and 2 eggs. You will also need :
12 flour tortillas
corn chips
12 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
Spray 9x13 pan. Layer at least three layers:
Tortillas
Meat mixture
Sour cream
Corn chips
Cheese
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour, or till browned.
