    Regina's Cheese Cake

    List of Ingredients






    1 1/2 packs of crushed graham crackers
    1/2 cube of butter

    ½ pint (8 oz) of sour cream
    1 - 8 oz. Package of Philadelphia cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
    1 can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    ¼ cup of lemon juice



    Recipe



    Makes (1) 9" cake
    Graham Cracker Crust
    Crush 1 ½ packs of graham crackers until fine. Melt about ½ cube of butter and add to the crushed graham crackers.
    Mix with fork until none of the crackers are dry. Pour into a 9 inch pie pan. With a fork, evenly spread mixture to cover the bottom of the pan and the sides. Set aside until the cheese mixture is ready.
    Cheese Mixture
    Mix together for 1 minute:
    Ingredients:

    ½ pint (8 oz) of sour cream
    1 - 8 oz. Package of Philadelphia cream cheese (softened at room temperature)
    1 can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk

    Add:

    1 teaspoon of vanilla
    ¼ cup of lemon juice


    Beat mixture together for 10 minutes or until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for 10 minutes @ 350 degrees. Refrigerate overnight.
    Enjoy.
