Creamy Artichoke Dip

16 oz cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup mayo
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove minced (or more)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp hot pepper sauce
18 oz artichoke hearts coarsely chopped
1 cup grated mozz cheese
3 green onions (scallions) finely chopped
2 tsp minced jalepeno
Recipe
Using electric mixer, beat first 8
ingredients in bowl to blend. Fold in
artichokes, cheese, onions, and peppers.
Transfer to 11x17x2" glass baking dish.
Preheat oven to 400 and bake dip about 20
minutes until bubbling and brown on top
Cut up pita bread into triangles, brush with
olive oil, bake for 5 - 10 minutes at 400.
