***Beef Stroganoff Pot Pie***

15 oz. refrigerated pie crust
1 lb. Ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. cream cheese, soft
4.5 oz. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
Recipe
Prepare the crust as directed for a 2-crust pie using a 9" pie plate.
Heat oven to 375. In a large skillet cook the beef, onions, and
garlic. Drain well and stir in remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour
into crust. Top with second crust and cut vents in the top. Bake 45-
55 minutes until golden brown.
