    List of Ingredients




    2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. cheddar cheese
    1 envelope onion soup
    1 T. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. of peppridge farm mini dinner rolls
    Dill pickle slices

    Recipe



    Brown the ground beef and then drain well.
    Remove oil from frying pan and return meat
    to pan. Mix in 2 cups cheddar cheese, 1
    envelpe of onion soup and 1 tablespoon
    mayo. You can use more mayo if you like.
    Mix thoroughly and season to taste. Split
    the rolls in half and transfer mixture onto
    peppridge farm rolls and top with pickle.
    Replace tops of rolls and wrap in foil and
    warm in oven until heated through
