Campbell's(R) Herbed Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce/

Prep/Cook Time: 20 min. Serves 4.




List of Ingredients




1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves OR thyme leaves, crushed
4 boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
1 tbsp. vegetable oil OR olive oil
1 medium onions, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Cream of Mushroom OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/4 cup milk
Hot cooked rice


Recipe



MIX garlic, paprika and basil. Coat chops with seasoning mixture.

HEAT oil in skillet. Add chops and cook until browned.

ADD onion and cook until tender.

ADD soup and milk. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
