    Glazed Ham with Pineapple and Cloves

    1 10 to 11 pound fully cooked.bone-in-ham
    1 cup honey
    2 teaspoons dry mustard
    ½ teaspoon ground cloves.
    24 (about) whole cloves
    1 can pineapple slices

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350º F. Place ham on rack in large roasting pan. Bake 1½ hours.

    Mix honey, mustard and ground cloves in small bowl. Remove ham from oven. Cut off any rind and all but thin layer or fat. Using long knife, score fat in 1-inch-wide diamond pattern. Press 1 whole clove into center of each diamond. Brush generously with some of honey glaze. Bake ham 15 minutes.

    Using toothpicks, attach pineapple to ham. Brush pineapple all over with glaze. Bake 20 minutes longer. Brush again with glaze. Transfer ham to platter. Remove pineapple; arrange alongside ham.
