    3-5 pound rump roast
    2 cups water
    1 package au jus gravy mix
    1 package good seasons italian dressing mix

    Recipe



    Mix together water, gravy mix, and dressing mix. Pour over roast in crockpot. Cook on low for 12-15 hours.

    I usually make this using a mixture of both beef and pork roasts. Also, make sure that if you use more meat, you add more seasonings and water so that it still has enough flavor. I usually make this the day before and then reheat it on low for about an hour or until heated through immediately before serving it. Also, make sure to serve with good rolls.
