    List of Ingredients




    1 tbsp. olive oil

    1 1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round strips for stir-fry

    3 cups cut-up mushrooms (white, shiitake, portobello)

    1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Seasoned Beef Broth with Onion

    1/2 cup dry red wine

    1 cup sour cream

    3 tbsp. all-purpose flour

    Hot cooked noodles

    Freshly ground pepper (optional)


    Recipe



    HEAT oil in skillet. Add beef and cook until browned and juices evaporate,
    stirring often. Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are tender. Remove beef
    mixture.

    ADD broth and wine. Heat to a boil.

    MIX sour cream and flour. Stir into skillet and cook until thickened. Add beef
    mixture and heat through. Serve on noodles with ground pepper, if desired.
    Serves 6.
