    Fiesta Chili Beef Potato Topper

    Recipe Introduction


    Prep/Cook Time: 25 min. TIP: To bake potatoes, pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 1 hr. or microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 min. or until fork-tender.


    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can Campbell's(R) Fiesta Chili Beef Soup
    1 can (14 1/2 oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, cut up
    4 hot baked potatoes, split
    Shredded Cheddar cheese


    Recipe



    COOK beef, pepper and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat.

    ADD soup and tomatoes. Heat through.

    SERVE over potatoes. Top with cheese. Serves 4.
