Ponderosa Steakhouse Twice Baked Potatoe Clone

List of Ingredients


1 1/2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bacon bits
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 generous c. chopped onions
2 T. chopped fresh parsley (or dried)





Recipe

Prepare potatoes as directed on pkg. Add butter; let cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in greased or cooking sprayed pan. Bake At 350F., 25-30 minutes.
