Val's Mashed Potatoes

List of Ingredients
6 medium potatoes
1/2c milk (I use skim)
4T butter (I use lightly salted)
6T sour cream
2t or to taste of black pepper
2t or to taste of onion salt
Recipe
1. Peel potatoes.
2. Cut up into pieces (not too small)
3. Fill a pot with water add a little salt.
4. Put potatoes into pot
5. Boil until potatoes are soft, NOT MUSHY
6. Drain potatoes
7. In a large bowl put potatoes.
8. Add milk, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
9. Mix(mash) till smooth and creamy.
10. Taste. Add more of ingredients in (#8) according to your taste at this point.
11. If more ingreds were added, remix(mash) til smooth.
Caution: Do not add too much liquids. You want your potatoes to have some consistency.
