    Skinned and Deboned Chicken breasts
    1 cup 7-up
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1/2 cup oil
    1 Tablespoon minced garlic

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients. Pour in Zip-lock, gallon size freezer bag. Add chicken breasts and seal. While marinating in fridge, turn bag over (if possible) every two hours to make sure all chicken comes in contact with marinade. Six hours is enough time, but if you go over the time, it's fine. I usually 1/2 the recipe for 4 or 5 chicken breasts. Grill on gas grill, George Foreman type, or in a grill pan. Enjoy..
