    Stir-fried Chicken Pizza

    List of Ingredients






    1 10-ounce package refrigerated pizza dough
    3 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 tablespoon cooking oil
    1 large onion, sliced thinly and separated into rings
    1 medium green or red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 gloves garlic, minced, or 1 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
    1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 teaspoon dried basil

    Preheat oven to 425. Unroll dough and pat onto 12-inch greased pizza
    pan. Bake for 8 minutes while rinsing chicken and patting it dry. Cut
    chicken into strips and set aside. In a large skillet with the oil,
    cook the onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic over medium-high heat
    2-3 minutes until tender. Remove from heat and set aside. Add chicken
    to skillet and stir-fry 2-3 minutes. Return vegetables to the
    skillet. Toss to mix and heat through.

    Sprinkle half the cheese on the crust. Evenly layer chicken mixture.
    Springkle on basil; top with remaining cheese. Return to oven and
    bake 5-7 minutes until cheese melts.
