    Stuffed Chicken

    List of Ingredients






    1 (6-oz.) canister Stove-Top stuffing mix
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 (16-oz.) bag fresh baby carrots
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 onion, cut into quarters
    Cracked black pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. As liquid cooks
    out, add white wine and stir. Cook until mixture is firm.

    2. Place baby carrots and onion in slow cooker and top with 3 chicken
    breasts. Top with half of the stuffing, then place remaining chicken
    breasts on top of stuffing. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper and
    top with remaining stuffing.

    3. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

    Serves 4 to 6.
