Cucumber Cream Salad

List of Ingredients




1 sm. pkg. lime gelatin
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 T. vinegar
1 tsp. onion juice
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. finely chopped cucumber, drained



Recipe



Dissolve gelatin and salt in water. Add vinegar and onion juice. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in mayonnaise, blending thoroughly. Whip sour cream until light and fluffy; fold into gelatin mixture. Fold in cucumber and mix well. Pour into individual molds. Chill until firm. Unmold on bed of greens. Serves 8.
