    Clam Sauce Poseidon

    List of Ingredients






    1/4 c Olive oil
    1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/4 c -Water
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Oregano
    1/4 c Parsley; chopped
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1 cn 6.5-oz. minced clams w/juice
    Spaghetti; al dente
    Parmesan cheese; grated, opt
    Crushed red pepper; optional

    Recipe



    Heat oil in saucepan. Saute garlic in oil until lightly browned. Remove
    from heat and cool slightly. Add water
    slowly. Add remaining ingredients; heat through. Can refrigerate and reheat
    slowly at serving time. Serve over al
    dente spaghetti and pass grated parmesan and red pepper.

    Note - if recipe is doubled, do not add the juice from the second can of
    clams.
