    Horseradish Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 T. real mayonnaise
    1 1/2 T. prepared horseradish
    Salt and white pepper to taste


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients well. Chill. Serve this cold sauce with corned beef
    brisket or prime
    rib.

    Makes about 1 cup
