Slow-cooked Swiss Steak

List of Ingredients
3 to 4 lb. bison steak
1 can stewing tomatoes
1 1/2 onions, sliced
Recipe
Cut steak into serving size pieces.
Lightly brown meat in medium skillet with small amount of
oil.
Layer steak pieces, onions and stewed tomatoes in a slow
cooker.
Cook 6 to 7 hours on low or
cook 3 to 3 1/2 hours on high.
