Quinoa Bowl

Recipe Introduction
Quinoa makes a nice breakfast porridge.
Quinoa is the only grain which has complete protein.
List of Ingredients
1/4 raw quinoa
1/2 cup water
cinnamon
milkRecipe
Rinse the quinoa using a fine sieve.
Bring water to boil, add the quinoa.
Boil 20 - 25 minutes, until the quinoa curls.
(Note, you may need to add a little bit more water sometimes.)
Place quinoa in a bowl, sprinkle cinnamon on it, add some milk.
