    List of Ingredients




    2 oz cream
    6 oz water
    1 scoop SS protein shake mix
    (or 1 scoop level 1 protein powder and
    1 tsp flavouring)


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into popsicle molds.
    Freeze.
