Recipe Introduction
I believe this is really good lasagna.
List of Ingredients
Sauce:
Tomatoes, tomato paste(water it down a little), salt, celery, fresh garlic, oregano, black pepper. (blenderize)
Vegetables:
Diced tomatoes, red kidney beans*, onions, cauliflower, celery, broccoli, spinach, red peppers, fresh garlic.
*(red kidney beans can be canned drained, or fresh cooked)
Noodles:
whole grain noodles of your choice
Topping
fatfree Mozzarella cheese(shred), fatfree cheddar cheese(shred).
Recipe
Layer noodles, sauce, vegetables, cheese, a few times.
Top with cheeses.
Bake 350F for 45min.
