Spaghetti-squash Casserole

Recipe Introduction
A little more work than my other recipes, but worth it.
List of Ingredients
Layer 1
8 oz tomato paste
SAUCE
1 28oz can crushed tomatos
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
italian herb mix
MEAT
1/2 lb ground bison (or whichever meat you choose)
1 sausage pattie/small saugage/or pepperoni
( cut in pieces )
2 tsp Tuscan rub, pepper
VEGETABLES
1 red bell pepper, chopped
frozen vegetable mix, thawed
spaghetti squash, cooked
CHEESE
mozarella cheese, slice it
Recipe
Boil (in water) the ground bison, sausage, Tuscan rub. Drain.
In a seperate bowl, mix crushed tomatos, ricotta cheese, and green onions, spices.
Layer 1
Spread tomato paste at the bottom of a deep dish.
Layer 2-5 (layer 1 is the bottom layer)
sauce, meat, vegetables, cheese.
Layer 6-9
sauce, meat, vegetables, cheese.
Top with more sauce.
Bake 400F for 15 minutes.
