Oh my goodness! These are so simple and so darn good.

List of Ingredients

Dare Simple Pleasure Spice Snap cookies
Cheddar Cheese
Apples
Phyllo Dough




Recipe

Peel and slice apples.
Slice cheddar cheese.
Layer cookie, cheddar cheese slice, apple slice.
When all the cookies are done, cut phyllo dough into large squares.
Place 1 cookie/cheese/apple on a square (may be 1 2 or 3 layers of phyllo), wrap up.
Place on cookie sheet and bake 5 to 10 minutes in 350F to 400F oven. It’s done when the pastry starts to brown. Keep an eye on them.


TIPS
Tape wax paper on the counter for a clean work surface.

Bake on parchment paper.
